How do I make a purchase?
You can place an order with RJ Stevens online through our website. Please reach out to our customer service team if you need any assistance.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
For all orders with RJ Stevens, you should receive an email from us shortly after submission. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us and we would be happy to check for you!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
After an order is placed, we will not be able to change it. Please double-check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you purchase.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Headcovers: Our Headcovers are a perfect fit for all children's clubs from major brands including U.S. Kids Golf, TaylorMade, Callaway, Top Flight, and more.
Golf Gloves: RJ Stevens offers gloves in Size Extra Small for ages 1-3 (5.75 inches), Small for ages 4-6 (6.25 inches) and Medium for ages 7-9 (6.75 inches).
Will our products make your kid a better golfer?
Nope. But they might just make the game more fun – and that's what we're all about!
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We are not offering international shipping at this time.
Where can I track my order?
Once an order is placed, customers can check order status and tracking through the Shop app.
What is your return policy?
We have a 100% refund policy for 30 days if the customer is not happy with the product. Customer is responsible for paying a $6.95 shipping charge on returns and exchanges.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Customers will receive an email confirmation once an order is placed. Shipping times are based on the level of shipping the customer selects.
